Local dining through RaiseRight is another way to earn money for your organization in addition to buying gift cards and shopping online. Simply link a credit or debit card once in the RaiseRight app and earn 5% every time you use it to dine at over 20,000 participating restaurants nationwide. No fees, no hassle—just automatic earnings!   

Visit the Local Dining tab in the RaiseRight app and search for restaurants by city and state, zip code, or enable location services on your device. You’ll find a list of local participating restaurants where you can dine and earn! 

Plus, with over 20,000 participating restaurants nationwide, you can find nearby locations to earn while traveling for vacation, tournaments, field trips, and more. 

In the RaiseRight mobile app, tap the Local Dining icon in the bottom navigation menu. Select “My Cards” to link any existing card(s) in your account, or select “Link a Card” to add details for a new card. Additionally, you can visit Account > Settings > Payment Options to link any existing card(s) in your RaiseRight account to earn with local dining.  

Both credit cards and debit cards can be linked, however debit cards must be run as credit when paying for meals to qualify for earnings at participating restaurants.

Yes! You can link multiple cards to earn with local dining. We recommend linking more than one card so you’re less likely to miss out on earnings.

The majority of restaurants available through local dining do not currently offer gift card earnings through RaiseRight, so the only way to earn with local dining is to use your linked credit or debit card to pay for your meals.

There are no transaction fees or other costs associated with local dining through RaiseRight. Simply link a card, dine, and earn!

Yes! You will earn on your total bill, which includes tax, tip, and alcohol.

Yes! You can earn repeatedly from participating restaurants. Depending on the restaurant, there might be a limit on the number of times you can earn in a month, or maximum spending limits. Visit a restaurant’s page in the RaiseRight app for Terms & Conditions.

No, to earn with local dining, you must place your dine in or takeout order directly with the restaurant and use your linked card to pay for your meal.  

You earn money for your organization when you place an order with your linked card directly through the restaurant. Please note that many restaurants use a third-party online ordering system, which does not qualify for earnings.

Visit Account > Order History > Local Dining in the RaiseRight app to find your local dining earnings. Earnings will display within 7 days after an eligible dining experience.

It can take 45-100 days for local dining earnings to transfer to your organization. (RaiseRight earning payouts occur on the first Monday of each month if combined earnings for the organization meet the $20 minimum. If combined earnings for the organization in a month are less than $20, earnings will roll over into the following month’s payout.)

Yes! With local dining through RaiseRight, you can receive credit card rewards and earn for your organization on the same transaction.

No, a card can only be linked to one dining program at a time. Your card will be automatically removed from local dining through RaiseRight if you link it to another card linked dining program. If you want to participate in another program, we recommend that you use a different card.

New restaurants are added every month! We recommend visiting the RaiseRight app regularly to discover participating restaurants near you.

When you link a card to earn with local dining you agree to receive local dining emails, which are sent by our dining partner, Rewards Network, on behalf of RaiseRight. To stop receiving these emails, and continue receiving other marketing emails from RaiseRight, click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any local dining email to opt out.

If you dined at a participating restaurant on a day that earnings are available and paid with a linked card, the transaction will display in Account > Order History > Local Dining in the RaiseRight app within 7 days. If earnings are not displayed after 7 days, please contact our Customer Support team.

In the RaiseRight app, tap the Local Dining icon in the bottom menu, then select My Cards. Uncheck the “Link for Local Dining” box next to the card(s) you want to unlink. If you change your mind, you can return to My Cards and select “Link to earn for local dining” to link that card again, or link another card, to continue earning through local dining. 
 
Additionally, you can visit Account > Settings > Payment Options to unlink cards to earn with local dining.

Tracking earnings from local dining will be available through your coordinator reports in the coming months, ahead of the first payout to your organization that includes local dining earnings. We will send an email once reporting on local dining earnings is available.

While you can link a credit card for local dining on both RaiseRight.com and the app, the restaurant search experience is only available in the app.

Reviews are shared with other participants who earn with local dining through RaiseRight as well as the participating restaurant. Participants love to see other people’s experiences and restaurants love the feedback on your experience. Each review only takes about two minutes to complete, so feel free to have fun and be colorful—but please be honest and accurate.

RaiseRight uses the ZIP code you provided to offer restaurant recommendations near you and ensure the emails you receive include only the most relevant restaurants.
