Participant Terms of Use

These Participant Terms of Use are in addition to the RR Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference, and is a legal agreement between you and RaiseRight, LLC (“RR”). All terms not defined in these Participant Terms of Use are as defined in the RR Terms of Use. In the event of any direct conflict with the Terms of Use, these Participant Terms of Use control.

GIFT CARD EARNINGS

1. Participation

As a Participant of an Organization, your purchases of physical gift cards or eGift cards, or amounts reloaded to such gift cards (collectively, "Products"), made through the Sites and Services will help support your Organization. To help us identify your Organization, RR has issued your Organization a unique enrollment code ("Organization Enrollment Code"). You agree that the Organization Enrollment Code is confidential and may only be divulged and shared with other Participants of the Organization. You agree that you will not post it in a public place where others can access it.

You must manage all Products received and in your possession responsibly. These Products have cash value and many are not replaceable. RR is responsible for these Products until they are delivered to you or to your Organization by a carrier designated by RR. Upon receipt by the Organization, its representative, or yourself, RR no longer has any responsibility for such Products.

To help us provide the best service and experience possible, you are required to notify us without delay of any problems you may have with the Sites and Services, the Products, or of any suspected or known attempted or actual fraud, theft, or other criminal activity associated with the Organization’s fundraising program or the Sites and Services.

2. Placing Orders

You agree not to place any orders without having the funds to cover them. If orders placed within a 24-hour period amount to more than $10,000, you must complete a FinCEN Information form that will be provided when placing the order. You agree to provide any further financial or identity confirmation information as reasonably requested by RR or as required by law.

3. Payment

You agree to pay for any orders you place either by cash or check directly to your Organization, or pay RR by linked bank account, credit card, or debit card.

A linked bank account is a convenient way for you to pay RR for an order placed online, at the time you place the order. Payment will be electronically deducted from your designated bank account, and RR will accept your payment on behalf of the Organization.

There is an enrollment process for you to submit your bank account information and then verify the correct entry of that information. When choosing to pay with a linked bank account, RR will debit your bank account the day the order is placed for the amount of your order plus a small fee displayed at checkout.

You also have the option to pay via credit or debit card. Your card will be charged for the amount of your order plus a fee displayed at checkout.

You can also pay the Organization, and will have the option to select the method of payment with each separate order, during the checkout process.

Linked bank account and credit card payments are made to RR on behalf of your Organization. If a Participant pays for his or her order with a linked bank account or by credit card, and their payment is returned or rejected for any reason, one of the following actions will be taken:

If a Participant order has not processed, we will cancel the Participant order. We will charge the Participant a returned payment fee of an amount up to $30. If we are not able to collect the fee from the Participant's linked bank account, we will charge the Organization a return fee of an amount up to $30. The Participant shall be responsible for reimbursing the Organization this charge; or
If the Participant order has processed, we will attempt to debit the Participant’s linked bank account up to 3 times, if possible. All second and third attempts will also include a returned payment fee of an amount up to $30. If we are not able to collect payment for the order and/or the return fee from the family’s linked bank account, we will charge the Organization for the face value of the order, plus a return fee of an amount up to $30. The Participant and Organization will be notified, and the Organization shall be responsible for collecting the face value of the order and the return fee from the Participant.

4. Delivery

RR will not ship or deliver any of your physical gift card orders that are designated to be sent to the Organization unless or until your Organization approves and releases such orders. Orders for eGift cards, reloads of previously purchased physical gift cards, and physical card orders that are shipped directly to you (‘Ship to Home’ orders) that are paid for with a linked bank account or by credit card, will be released automatically. RR is not liable to you or others for any harm caused by your Organization’s failure to approve or release your order.

Deliveries of physical gift card products may be made to the Organization directly, with the Organization being responsible for delivering the gift cards to you. RR will be responsible for the products until they are delivered to your Organization. Upon receipt by the Organization, the Organization will be responsible for all products. RR will be responsible for physical gift card orders designated to be shipped directly to you up until the time they are delivered to the address designated on the order.

ONLINE EARNINGS

1. General

All features may not be available and RR reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate, end, or cancel any RR shop online earnings offer (each, a “Promotion”) or other program at any time and without prior notice. Such termination shall not incur any obligations, consequences, or liabilities, including but not limited to compensation or payback, on the part of RR.

2. Definitions

“Activated Earnings Oﬀer” is defined as an Earnings Oﬀer for a Promotion that has been initiated by you but is not yet completed. Activating such an Earnings Oﬀer requires at a minimum clicking the Promotion Link or Shop Now Button, and may require additional steps as described on the Promotion Landing Page.

“Approved Earnings” are defined as Earnings oﬀered under an Activated Earnings Oﬀer for which RR has determined that you: (1) met the eligibility requirements; (2) completed the required purchase(s); and (3) satisﬁed all other applicable conditions in order for the Earnings to become eligible for delivery to your Organization.

“Earnings” are defined as a reward given by RR to your Organization for fulﬁlling the requirements of the Promotion, as speciﬁed on a Promotion Landing Page and Earnings Oﬀer Description.

“Earnings Oﬀer” is defined as an oﬀer for Earnings.

“Earnings Oﬀer Description” is defined as the area of a website page or app that describes an Earnings Oﬀer and may include the Shop Now Button, a details section, and a link to a Promotion Landing Page.

“Excluded Items” are defined as any and all items that fall within categories, if any, speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page or in the Earnings Oﬀer Description (e.g., the “details” section) as being excluded from the Minimum Purchase Amount. The determination of whether particular purchases fall within an excluded category will be determined at RR’s sole discretion. If you are unsure whether a desired item falls within an excluded category, check the details section of the applicable Earnings Oﬀer Description and email any questions to [email protected] prior to making your online purchase.

“Merchant” is defined as the merchant that is speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page.

“Minimum Purchase Amount” is defined as the amount speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page as the minimum purchase amount from the Merchant that is required to be eligible for the applicable Earnings Oﬀer. The Minimum Purchase Amount excludes discounts/promos, store points/rewards programs, tax, tip, fees, and any amount used to purchase Excluded Items.

“Online Earnings” are defined as Earnings that RR tracks through your Internet browser (e.g., tracking cookies), excluding amounts for returned or canceled purchases, and may sometimes be referred to as “Online Earnings” on the Sites, or on the Promotion Landing Page.

“Promotion Landing Page” is defined as the website or app page that describes the Promotion and links to the Promotion Terms.

“Promotion Link” is defined as the hyperlink provided on the Promotion Landing Page of an Earnings Oﬀer that directs you to the Merchant’s website.

“Promotion Period” is defined as the period beginning on the start date speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page and ending at the earlier of (1) the time that all of the Total Rewards Oﬀers available during Promotion have been claimed or (2) the end date speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page. The Promotion Period may be shortened or extended at RR’s discretion. All start and end dates are based on Eastern Standard Time, unless otherwise indicated.

“Promotional Earnings” are defined as bonus Earnings oﬀered to certain Participants who complete a qualifying activity or who meet certain criteria, as deﬁned in a Earnings Oﬀer Description or Promotion Landing Page, in addition to or in combination with oﬀers for Online Earnings.

“Qualifying Transaction” is defined as a purchase that is (a) in an amount greater than the Minimum Purchase Amount; (b) from a participating Merchant; (c) in connection with an Earnings Oﬀer; (d) made via an Earnings Offer; and (e) in RR’s sole discretion, satisﬁes all of the Promotion Terms.

“Shop Now Button” is defined as a virtual button provided on the Promotion Landing Page or Earnings Oﬀer Description that allows you to activate an Earnings Oﬀer. Clicking the Shop Now Button will also direct you to the Merchant’s website.

“Total Earnings available during Promotion” or “Total Earnings Oﬀer” is defined as the limited quantity of Earnings available under the Promotion, as speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page if the quantity is limited.

3. Eligibility

Participation in any Promotion and the opportunity to obtain Earnings from any Promotion are oﬀered at the sole discretion of RR. Purchases for resale or commercial use are excluded from eligibility. Further, Earnings are subject to adjustment to reflect any returns or cancellations of Qualifying Transactions.

4. How to Obtain Online Earnings

To obtain Earnings pursuant to an Earnings Oﬀer for Online Earnings, you must: (1) during the Promotion Period, click on the Promotion Link right before making an online purchase via the Merchant’s website; (2) complete the online purchase in an amount equal or greater to the Minimum Purchase Amount; and (3) satisfy any and all other conditions speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page. Upon veriﬁcation that your purchase qualiﬁes and that you have satisﬁed applicable requirements, the Earnings speciﬁed for the applicable Earnings Oﬀer will be considered Approved Earnings. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE PROMOTION LINK FOR THE REWARDS OFFER DURING THE SAME SHOPPING SESSION THAT YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE FROM THE MERCHANT. IF YOU PUT ITEMS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART AT A MERCHANT PRIOR TO CLICKING THE PROMOTION LINK, A MERCHANT MAY DEEM THOSE ITEMS AS INELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE EARNINGS. THE PURCHASE MUST BE MADE WITH US DOLLARS. IF YOU VISIT OTHER SITES BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, OR IF YOU USE COUPON CODES NOT PROVIDED BY RR, YOUR PURCHASE MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH A SERVICE OTHER THAN RR AND YOU MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EARNINGS. YOU MUST NOT ENABLE AN AD BLOCKER OR OTHERWISE DISABLE COOKIES ON YOUR DEVICE, BECAUSE COOKIES ARE USED TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR PURCHASE.

If you complete the obligations in Section 4 and the Earnings Offer is still available, the Earnings specified for the applicable Earnings Offer will be considered Approved Earnings.

RR may, in its sole discretion, extend or shorten the redemption period for an Earnings Oﬀer.

As between you and RR, the determination as to what transactions are Qualifying Transactions shall be made by RR in its sole discretion.

Promotional Earnings. From time to time, RR may oﬀer Promotional Earnings to certain RR members who complete a qualifying activity or who meet certain criteria, as deﬁned in an Earnings Oﬀer Description or Promotion Landing Page, in addition to or in combination with oﬀers for Online Earnings. For example, RR may oﬀer certain Promotional Earnings to new members who earn Online Earnings for the ﬁrst time or earn certain Online Earnings for the ﬁrst time. In order to qualify for Promotional Earnings, you must satisfy all criteria set forth for obtaining Earnings as well as the requirements of the Promotion Terms during the promotion period for the Promotional Earnings. RR, in its sole discretion, may adjust the promotion period and/or the bonus amount for the Earnings, at any time, without notice. All decisions by RR are ﬁnal and binding on you. Promotional Earnings are a limited time oﬀer and all criteria must be satisﬁed within the dates of the Promotion.

Returns, Approvals, and No Ownership. For any Earnings Oﬀer, if you return or exchange the items purchased, complete your purchase before or after the Promotion Period, initiate a purchase that results in a chargeback, or fail to satisfy a Minimum Purchase Amount, or any other conditions speciﬁed on the Promotion Landing Page or Earnings Oﬀer Description, RR reserves the right to invalidate or withdraw all or part of the Earnings Oﬀer, or reclaim Earnings. The determination of whether or not a purchase qualiﬁes for the Earnings Oﬀer and whether applicable conditions have been satisﬁed is at the sole discretion of RR. In the event of a dispute, you may be required to provide your order conﬁrmation as proof of purchase. Order confirmations must be provided within six (6) months from the purchase date to qualify for this review. The timing of when RR will issue Approved Earnings to your Organization will vary based on a number of factors, but generally will occur within 45 days of the Qualifying Transaction associated with such Approved Earnings. These factors may include the type of Promotion pursuant to which Earnings are oﬀered and your RR Account activity as a Registered User. RR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the order and timing in which to process its conﬁrmation of eligible purchases. Earnings may be limited where participation exceeds the Total Earnings Oﬀers available during Promotion or in other cases, as determined by RR in its sole discretion. RR also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reevaluate Approved Earnings, at any time, without notice, including, but not limited to, whether purchases qualify for the Promotion and whether applicable conditions have been satisﬁed, and RR, in its sole discretion, may adjust or withdraw any Earnings Oﬀers or any Approved Earnings (or reclaim Earnings), at any time, without notice. All decisions by RR are ﬁnal and binding on you.

Participating in an Earnings Oﬀer does not give you ownership or any other legal claim to any Earnings unless and until RR, in its sole discretion, determines that you have met all eligibility criteria and fulﬁlled all requirements for the Promotion. Earnings Oﬀers are provided solely by RR and are not underwritten or funded by any other third party. You may not make any claims for Earnings Oﬀers against Merchants or any other third party. Notwithstanding that Earnings Oﬀers may include oﬀers of cash, prior to redemption, Earnings Oﬀers and Approved Earnings have no monetary value and you may not obtain any money or any other thing of value for any Approved Earnings or participation in any Earnings Oﬀer.

Activated Earnings, Approved Earnings, and related information will be shown in your RR Account under “Order History.” You have no vested rights in Approved Earnings. If your RR Account is terminated by RR, as provided in these Promotion Terms or the Terms of Use, or if you elect to close your RR Account, you will no longer be permitted to access you RR Account.

Abuse and Cancellations. RR reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify a RR Account, entire Promotion, or any part of it, or the payment of any Earnings amounts at any time without obligation or notice to you, including, without limitation, if any fraud, technical failures, limit of available Earnings, gaming, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity, availability or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by RR in its sole discretion. Without limiting anything in these Participant Terms of Use or the RR Terms of Use, RR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify, terminate or suspend the participation in any Promotion, or otherwise prevent future participation, of any individual it ﬁnds, or reasonably suspects, to be tampering with the operation of a Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Promotion Terms or any promotion, or in behaving in an unethical, dishonest, deceptive or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, RR reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. RR shall not be liable to you for any suspension, modiﬁcation or termination of an Earnings Oﬀer, Approved Earnings, or the Promotion program.

Use of any automated means or more than one account is prohibited and will result in disqualiﬁcation. In the event of any dispute as to the qualiﬁcation of potential recipients of Earnings, the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number provided to RR at the time the RR Account was created will be deemed the person to have qualiﬁed for the Earnings. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential person that qualifies for Earnings may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

CARD LINK PROGRAM EARNINGS

By opting in and using RR’s Card Link Offers Program (the “Card Link Program”), you agree to be bound by these Participant Terms of Use and our general Terms of Use, and you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by them. You also consent to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree that you are intending to form a legally binding contract between yourself and RR. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by RR.

1. Your Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Participant Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them when you access or use the Card Link Program. These Participant Terms of Use are meant to be read together with the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which has a section specific to the Card Link Program. In the event of conflict, these Participant Terms of Use will supersede all other notices and statements with respect to the Card Link Program. If you do not agree to every provision of these Participant Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Card Link Program.

2. Program Description

The purpose of the Card Link Program is to provide registered users with the ability to earn money for their organization (“Card Link Earnings”) by making qualifying purchases from participating merchants, which qualifying purchase opportunities will be described in the Services from time to time. At its sole discretion, RR and participating merchants define what purchases are eligible for Card Link Earnings as a percentage of the total qualifying purchase. In order to receive Card Link Earnings from us for qualifying purchases of goods or services, you must link at least one eligible credit or debit card (each, a “Payment Card”) through the Services. Eligible cards are listed in Section 4 below.

3. Opt-in to the Card Link Program; Data Sharing and Usage

By enrolling in the Card Link Program by entering your Payment Card information as part of the registration process, you agree to the following: you authorize your Payment Card network to monitor and share your transaction data (including transaction amount, time and date of authorization, settled amount, and settlement date) made with your registered Payment Card at participating merchants with RR and its third-party service provider, Rewards Network (“Rewards Network”).

Data Sharing and Usage

In order to operate the Card Link Program, RR and Rewards Network shall obtain, provide, share and/or use your Payment Card information and transaction data.

We and Rewards Network may use the transaction data in accordance with our and their respective privacy statements. For more information about how RR and its third-party service providers use your personal information in conjunction with the Card Link Program, please see the Privacy Policy. You may opt out of our Card Link Program by going to “Account” in the RR app or website, selecting “Settings” from the menu, and selecting “Payment Options.” Uncheck the checkbox next to “Link for local dining” for the associated Payment Card(s). Alternatively, Payment Card(s) can be removed by going to “Local Dining,” selecting “My Cards,” and unchecking the checkbox next to “Link for local dining” for the associated Payment Card(s).

4. Card Eligibility

Not all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are eligible for registration in the Card Link Program. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Corporate cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and Visa-, MasterCard-, and American Express-branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Visa U.S.A payment system, MasterCard payment system, and/or American Express payment system are not eligible to participate.

5. Transaction Eligibility

Not all transactions with your registered Visa, MasterCard, and American Express card are tracked by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You acknowledge that Visa, MasterCard, and American Express may be unable to monitor every transaction made with your enrolled Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card, including PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third party payment app, where you may choose your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A., MasterCard, and American Express payment systems, and that these transactions are not eligible.

6. Debit Instructions

If you register a debit card, your transaction must be processed as a ‘credit’ (i.e., signature) transaction to make sure the transaction can be monitored. Do not use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) when paying for your purchases with your enrolled card if you want the transaction to be eligible for rewards or offer completion.

7. Enrollment Restrictions

Please note that we use Rewards Network as our third-party service provider to help us operate our Card Link Program. There are no restrictions regarding enrollment of your Payment Card with respect to programs supported by Rewards Network. All Card Linked Offers to Payment Card holders enrolled with Rewards Network from participating merchants in the Rewards Network Program will require a "linked payment card" prior to a transaction in order for the transaction to be a "Qualified Transaction" and therefore eligible for Card Link Earnings. A linked Payment Card means that the holder of the Payment Card has provided their Payment Card number and expiration date under the "Payment Options" section of the RR app or website. Once this has been done, the holder of the linked Payment Card can obtain Card Link Earnings at any participating merchant in the Rewards Network Program.

8. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, RR AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS, REWARDS NETWORK, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RR AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS, REWARDS NETWORK, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES) DO NOT WARRANT THE DATA, CONTENT, ANALYTICS, FEATURES, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TRANSACTION DATA OR USER SUBMISSIONS OR OTHER DATA PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS, TO BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, USEFUL, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ENROLLMENT IN OR CLAIM OR REDEMPTION OF A CARD-LINKED OFFER OR ANY CARD LINK EARNINGS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY GOODS OR SERVICES SOLD IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, HONORING OR FULFILLING A CARD-LINKED OFFER, THE MERCHANT WHOSE GOODS OR SERVICES ARE THE SUBJECT OF A CARD-LINKED OFFER, OR THE FAILURE OF RR OR REWARDS NETWORK TO PROVIDE ANY NOTIFICATIONS OR ENGAGE IN ANY MONITORING DESCRIBED HEREIN, TO CREDIT CARD LINK EARNINGS FOR A QUALIFYING TRANSACTION, OR TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES ABOUT ENROLLED, CLAIMED, PAID-FOR OR REDEEMED CARD-LINKED OFFERS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RR OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS, REWARDS NETWORK, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES AND AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF PROGRAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL RR OR ITS AFFILIATES', CONTRACTORS', EMPLOYEES', AGENTS', OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS' OR SUPPLIERS' (INCLUDING PAYMENT CARD NETWORKS’, REWARDS NETWORK, PAYMENT PROCESSORS’, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES’ AND AFFILIATES’) TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED $100.

9. Termination of the Use of the Card Link Program Services

You may terminate your use of the Card Link Program services at any time either by deleting your Payment Card or closing your account. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access or continue to use the RR Card Link Offers Program.

You may opt out of our Card Link Program by going to “Account” in the RR app or website, selecting “Settings” from the menu, and selecting “Payment Options.” Uncheck the checkbox next to “Link for local dining” for the associated Payment Card(s). Alternatively, Payment Card(s) can be removed by going to “Local Dining,” selecting “My Cards,” and unchecking the checkbox next to “Link for local dining” for the associated Payment Card(s).

Upon deletion of the RR account your access to our Card Link Program services will be automatically terminated. You will not be able to use our Card Link Program services without a valid RR Account.

10. Amendment

RR may amend these Terms from time to time. RR will notify you regarding any material changes to these Participant Terms of Use by email, regular mail and/or by posting notifications to our mobile application advising you of the changes at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may terminate your participation in the Card Link Program within the applicable thirty (30) day period by (i), by submitting a request through [email protected] and you will not be bound by the amended terms, or (ii) opting out of the Card Link Program as described in Section 10 above. Otherwise, the new terms will take effect after thirty (30) days.

11. No Use by Children

RR Card Link Program is not intended for persons under the age of 18. By using our Card Link Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

12. Third Party Beneficiaries

You understand and agree that Rewards Network and each of their respective affiliated entities (collectively, the “Third Party Beneficiaries”) is an intended third party beneficiary of our Terms of Use and these Participant Terms of Use, and each such Third Party Beneficiary shall be entitled to enforce the provisions of these Terms of Use in its own right.
